NWL CLUB collects personal data to operate the community platform. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.
What we collect
- Email (used to create and authenticate your account)
- Display name (shown on your member profile)
- Avatar image (shown on your member profile)
- Submission photos (shown in the community gallery)
- Authentication metadata (login state and session cookies)
Why we collect it
- To authenticate your account and keep you signed in
- To establish your identity as a member of the community
- To display your fits and profile in the community gallery
- To send transactional email (account verification, submission status updates)
- To issue your member card
How long we keep it
We retain your personal data for the duration of your membership. If you delete your account, profile data and submissions are removed within 30 days. Transactional and authentication logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and audit purposes.
Your rights
